We are delighted to share that Qingdao Hai Tian Center won the 2024 TOBY Awards at the TOBY Gala hosted by BOMA International during the BOMA Conference & Expo in Philadelphia, PA.

 

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards recognize excellence in commercial buildings and management. Qingdao Haitian Center received the award for buildings over 1 million square feet. Managed by Qingdao Conson-Shanghai Urban Properties Co., Ltd., and owned by Qingdao Conson Haitian Center Construction Co., Ltd., the center is a three-tower mixed-use development of over 5 million square feet on Fushan Bay, Qingdao, China. It is LEED Platinum-certified and holds China’s Green Building Three Star Rating.  Additionally, Haitian Center won the CTBUH 2022 Best Tall Building in Asia Award.
