The mixed-use tower, which stands at 172 feet, aims to be a notable addition to the area and is poised to become a focal point in the region. Flushing is on a transformative path, evolving into a vibrant center of progress and innovation within Queens, New York City. This development mirrors the community's growth with its multifaceted design, catering to a variety of needs.

On the ground floor, the building features an eye-catching retail area alongside an elegant office lobby. The second floor provides a parking garage, complementing the basement parking space. The third and fourth floors host a selection of restaurants and a banquet hall, showcasing the area's culinary variety. The office spaces, occupying the fifth to eighth floors, include a shared, double-height atrium filled with sunlight. This atrium extends to an open terrace, seamlessly integrating the indoors with the outdoors and enhancing the wellness aspect of the workplace. The design of the office space fosters a community-oriented environment, promoting flexibility and collaboration.
