HUDSON YARDS RESIDENTIAL/HOTEL
MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT
NEW YORK, USA
HEIGHT: 720 FT
KEYS: 328 (Hotels)/40(Apartment)
Category: mixed-use; hospitality; office; residential; retail
This 720 ft tall mixed-use tower was to be located within the Hudson Yards redevelopment district on the west side of Manhattan, including a large commercial podium, 20 floors of 328-key hotel and hotel condos, and 40 super luxury condo apartments. Inspired by traditional Chinese lanterns, our designers created a tower of alternating volumes and dramatic terraces with sweeping Hudson River views.
