One Grove is a LEED certified 13-story, 200-unit luxury residential apartment building in Jersey City, New Jersey. Located along the southern end of Grove Street, Jersey City’s premier retail and dining corridor within short walking distance to a PATH station, the project is steps away from Liberty Harbor Marina and the ferry terminal to downtown Manhattan.

The design seeks to create a modern residential building well suited to the neighborhood and visually connected to the public open space of Morris Square Park diagonally across the street.  The design features a clean, crisp, eloquent brick façade, while opening up the building corner to park views, inviting the green outdoors into interior living space such as the lobby, as well as street level shops and  co-working lounge. Our team is also responsible for the interior concept of key common amenities, such as the building lobby, co-working area, gym/yoga room and the rooftop private dining room with a sunny landscaped outdoor terrace.
